These people usually identify with the Korean culture, which is where this trend comes from, which has spread internationally, especially in Asian countries.  · Origin: The word K-pop means Korean Popular music, and as its name suggests, it comes from South Korea. In some cases, there are kpopers who are fans of specific groups, while others are fans of musical styles (kpop dance, or kpop rap, etc). Lastly, there are also kpopers who are simply followers of K-pop culture in general.
